I run BrawlRNG on my own, and the fastest way this site stays accurate is people writing in when something is wrong. Codes for Brawl RNG expire without warning, pity thresholds get retuned in updates, and a code that redeemed fine on Tuesday can be dead by Thursday. If you hit any of that, tell me — a two-line message with the code you tried and the error Roblox showed is usually all I need to fix a page the same day.
The three messages I act on quickest are code corrections (a code that no longer works, or a new one I have not listed yet), odds evidence (a screenshot or clip showing an actual pull rate that contradicts what I have published), and broken-page reports (anything that 404s, renders wrong on mobile, or shows stale data). Feedback and general questions are welcome too, they just sit slightly lower in the queue than corrections.

How I verify what you send
I do not publish a code correction just because one person could not redeem it. Before a page changes, I log into Brawl RNG on my own account and test the code myself, because redemption failures are often region locks, an already-claimed reward, or a typo rather than a truly dead code. If your report checks out, the page updates and the change shows in the “last verified” date. If it does not reproduce, I will usually reply and ask for the exact spelling or a screenshot so we can work out what happened.
Odds evidence is handled the same careful way. A single lucky or unlucky streak does not move a published rate, but clear screenshots of a long pull history, or several reports pointing the same direction, do. I would rather say “I have not confirmed this yet” than print a number I cannot stand behind, so specifics always beat urgency.
What I can and cannot help with
I can help with anything on this site: wrong codes, unclear guides, data that looks off, or pages that break. I cannot recover lost Roblox accounts, hand out Robux, grant in-game items, or contact the game developers on your behalf — BrawlRNG is an independent fan guide, not the game itself, and I have no access to your account or to ChillyTea Studios’ systems. For account or payment problems, Roblox support is the only place that can actually help.
